My GlyciMedMeal smoothie for breakfast.😋 What looks good, tastes good. And, what tastes good, feels good too which gives you satiety.

Here is my pretty smoothie recipes :
1. Half mango
2. 1 tablespoon chia seed
3. Half dragon fruit
4. 2 scoops F1 tropical fruit soy protein isolates
5. 2 scoops F1 strawberry soy protein isolates
6. 1 scoop personalized protein powder
7. 1 scoop apple fiber with inulin
8. 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
9. 300 ml water and some ice cubes.
